8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., there will be a bird walk lead by Diane Evans-Mack, local master birder with Idaho Fish and Game, starting from the Lily Marsh Parking Lot (There is also parking at Duck Bay Parking Lot about 100 ft. down the road. Please do not park on the road or vegetation. Carpool if you can from Activity Center Parking Lot.) Diane will be identifying bird for our bird count, but will also talk about bird habitat.

From 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (registration will start at 8:30 a.m.), the Junior Ranger program will start at the Activity Center, two of our Master Naturalists will be presenting about birds and their nests. They will give the children a chance to pretend they are birds and ‘Build a Nest’. Diane Evans-Mack will join them at 10:30 am for a walk on the Bluebird Trail to see who is nesting in the bird boxes need to Activity Center.
